  6.    1. Installing and using Galaxy Stir signifies acceptance of these 
  7.       terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with 
  8.       the terms of this license you must remove Galaxy Stir files 
  9.       from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

  11.    2. The Galaxy Stir game is distributed by Magecom on a shareware
  12.       basis. You are expected to use this program on your system and 
  13.       to thoroughly evaluate its usefulness and functionality before 
  14.       making a purchase.

  16.    3. GALAXY STIR IS DISTRIBUTED "AS-IS". NO WARRANTY OF
  17.       ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR
